Please read through the Goodness of Fit guidelines. If you feel Dr. Neely could be a good match for your child, please fill out the New Patient Request form below. This does not guarantee a place on the waiting list. Dr. Neely is not able to provide referral services.
Goodness of Fit
Dr. Neely may be a good match for your family if:
- your child is elementary aged.
- your child is experiencing anxiety, sensory processing challenges, OCD, executive skill difficulties, social challenges, or PANS.
- your child is interested in getting help.
- you would like to understand your child's perspective.
- you are ready to try new ways of doing things.
Dr. Neely would not be an appropriate match for your family if:
- there is conflict between parents.
- your child is in need of support for divorce.
- your child is in need of support for trauma.
- your child is harming themself.
- your child is experiencing psychosis.
- your child may need crisis services.
- you prefer a therapist who works just with the child with minimal parental involvement.
Insurance & Fees
Dr. Neely is not in-network with any insurance company.
Patients pay her at the time of the visit then submit claims to their insurance company to get reimbursed according to their benefit.
Dr. Neely's fee is $250 per hour.
New patients are encouraged to contact their insurance company to learn about their out of network benefits.
Please check with your insurance company to find out if telehealth is a covered service.
